As a Zumba Fitness Instructor, I'm getting more and more questions from ladies on how to attain a higher
level of overall fitness. MY answer is -- DO SOME CROSS TRAINING!! Varying your workouts
can improve performance and reduce burn-out. SO ITS TIME TO PRACTICE WHAT I PREACH!! On days thatI'm not leading Zumba classes across Atlanta, I'm back at my favorite gym lifting weights and
doing those jab,cross,and roundhouse kicks either on the bags or in a sparring bout.
